Short version: we collect what you send us in the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.

What we collect
When you submit the project enquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, current website, the services you offer, your timeline, the package you are interested in, any integration needs, and your message.
We also record the page you submitted from, any campaign parameter in the URL, and the time of submission. That tells us which page or campaign an enquiry came from.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our conversation. We ask you to confirm we may contact you before you submit, and we use these details only for that purpose.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by a transactional email provider, and may also be routed to our own notification and lead-tracking tools. Those providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will action it. You can also simply stop replying — we do not run marketing sequences.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. If we add analytics we will update this page first, and choose a tool that does not build a profile of you.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update this page, and material changes will be reflected in the effective date.
