How pricing works

Every project is quoted after a short conversation about your services, pages, and what the site needs to do. Launch and Lead Ready start from a fixed foundation, so the quote is predictable; Custom work is scoped and quoted in writing before anything begins.

Revision rounds are consolidated — collect your feedback and send it in one go, and we'll work through it together. New pages, new sections, new integrations, and redesigns sit outside the agreed scope and are quoted separately.

Ongoing care is optional and billed separately. It covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and small edits. A small edit is a non-structural change that normally takes under 30 minutes — a text update, a photo swap, a phone or hours change.

We aim to respond within two business days. That's a response, not a guaranteed fix — some things take longer to diagnose than to promise.

You own your domain, your website and its content, your CRM and Google accounts, and your business profiles. If you ever leave, you keep the website and its contact form. We'd charge a documented transfer fee if migration work is needed, and we will never switch your site off to make you stay.
